Salary, transparently banded

Public bands by level. You move bands by review, not negotiation. Equal pay across genders, ethnicities, and tenure within the same band.

Equity, meaningfully

Every employee gets options. We publish the band on offer. We tell you what they're worth and what they aren't.

Pension match · 6%

Generous employer contribution, vested immediately. We do not auto-enrol you on minimum.

32 days holiday

Including bank holidays. We close for the week between Christmas and New Year. We expect you to take it all.

Sabbatical at 4 years

Six weeks of paid sabbatical at four years' tenure. Renewed every four years after that.

Hybrid · King's Cross

Three office days a week. Two remote. Bring-your-own-pet Tuesdays — yes, really.

Private healthcare

BUPA, optical, dental — including dependants. Mental-health coverage from day one.

£1,500 / year learning

Books, courses, conferences. No approval needed up to £400 per item.

Ride-along day, paid

One day a quarter shadowing a carer in a pilot agency. Time off the laptop. Required for all engineers and designers.
